Clarence BROWN Obituary
He was the son of the late Erma Brown of Newport News, Va., and the adoptive son of Reuben and Catherine Ruffin. He was the husband of the late Francis Brown and brother of the late Nadine Carter.
He is survived by brothers, Roy and Larry Ruffin; sister-in-law, Nancy Ruffin; sister, Theresa Duvall and a host of loving family and friends.
The Memorial Service will be held at noon Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011, at
Antioch Baptist Church, 2819 Roanoke Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607.
