Mrs. Morgan (Beth) Pam, Tim, Terry and families: The service today was very nice and touching. I was pleased to see so many people there paying tribute to your husband and dad. I especially liked Tim and Daniel speaking from the heart about Clyde. I'm sorry I could not stay to speak to each of you in person, it has been a long time and I would have loved seeing and talking with you, but I had to keep a commitment this afternoon.
I'm glad I knew Clyde Morgan and as I told a co-worker today, I visualize his photo in the dictionary above the definition of a "nice person". I am so sorry for you loss and I will keep you in my thoughts.

We were saddened by the news of Clyde's passing and wish to extend our heartfelt sympathy to the entire family. An electrical problem at our home was never a bad event. It meant that we could have Clyde come fix whatever was wrong and give us a chance to talk fishing and gardens with him. A wonderful witty man whose memory we will cherish for a long, long time. Tim and Family,
Donnie and I were saddened by the passing of your dad. He was a very nice man and we enjoyed our chats with him. You are very blessed to have such wonderful parents. I know he will be truly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of being around him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Joanne and I are so sorry to learn of Clyde's graduation to glory. We are in Missouri and regret that we can't visit with you, Beth. Everyone who knew Clyde well loved him. We did. He was a very special man. But that's what you would expect from a man who is from Star, N.C. We will be praying for you, Beth and we will try to come and see you when we return home sometime in November.
