Alice and Family
I had the pleasure of working with Dave for many years at the York/Poquoson Health Department. We had a lot of good laughs there and many good lunches at Joe & Mimmas. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

Mr Richwine was always an enjoyable part of my job at Joe & Mimma's Restaurant in Grafton. Even after he retired, I always looked forward to visits from him with friends and family at the restaurant when he was in the area. My thoughts go out to his family.

To the Richwine Family: My thoughts and prayers are with you as you mourn the loss of your loved one. Years ago, I worked with Dave Richwine at the York County-Poquoson Health Department. We had a great "cast of characters" and had fun while promoting
health! My Sympathy to you!
