Dell H. TUGGLE

RICHMOND - Dell Harman Tuggle, 89, of Richmond, and Formerly of Fieldale, Va., died Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2010, at Westminster Canterbury retirement community, Richmond, Va.
She was born in Dublin, Va., Aug. 31, 1920, to the late Charles W. Harman and Dell Scott Harman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl William Tuggle; two brothers, Robert Harman and Charles Harman.
Mrs. Tuggle was a child care provider at Buckroe Baptist Daycare and a member of Fieldale United Methodist Church, Fieldale, Va.
Survivors include her two daughters, Susan Tuggle Sunderland of Grampian, Pa., and Theresa Tuggle Scarborough of Mechanicsville, Va.; a son, Carl William "Bill" Tuggle Jr. of Hampton, Va.; six grandchildren, Nathan and Hannah Scarborough, Tiffney Rougeux, Tracey Schaffer, Christina McKinney, and Tiffany Owens; four great-grandchildren, Tyler Rouguex, Taj McKinney, Shae McKinney, and Isabell Owens.
The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 6, 2010, at Norris Funeral Services Chapel with the Rev. Tom Durrance officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Burial Park, Martinsville, Va. Visitation will be conducted from noon to 1 p.m., prior to the funeral service.
