Denny was born July 9, 1957, in Orlando, Fla., and made Williamsburg his home for more than 20 years. He enjoyed being a Master Plumber, Working for himself, and for years with Cyphers Plumbing.

He was preceded in death by his father, Sandy; and aunt, Norma.
A Memorial Service will be held at Nelson Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg, Wednesday, Nov. 18, at 11 a.m.
The Finger Family would like to give a heart felt thank you to all those who helped with Denny's care, including family, friends, Dr. Thomas Tillman and staff, the staff of Hospice, and MCV.

Thank You to everyone who has posted on this guest book, Denny will always have a special place in so many hearts-his smile-his laugh and his open arms to anyone that needed them. With the love and time that he spent on this earth-no one could have enjoyed it more and made the folks around him feel the same. Thank You to the Hospice ladies and all those who have helped Claudine, Josh and Denny when it was needed. And to the family members that were on call-you're timing was of the best blessings ever. With the deepest love and respect.
Dallas, Kristine and Shmegegge.

Claudine ~ It is an honor to have spent time with Denny and a blessing that I had the opportunity to have met you and Josh. In the past several months I have laughed, cried, empathised and sympathised with you and Denny. I admired your relationship with one another and I admire your dedication to his care. Though I will not see you as often, I hope we keep in touch. You and Josh will be in my thoughts often, as will my memories of Denny.

I will never forget all the night calls Denny made for me at The Prime Rib House. He was always cheerful and never minded being called out of his comfy home to help a friend. You will be missed Denny.

When I remember Denny, you can't help but to think about him and his cowboy boots. One didn't go without the other. My heartfelt best wishes to his family. John Street
