Dolores and I were best of friends when we both belonged to the American Legion 368 Auxilliary. We enjoyed each others company and traveled and roomed together when we went to the conferences and conventions. I have some very fond memories of our times together. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. May Gods arm rest around their shoulders and hold them close at this difficult time. Marilyn DiPierro

We are sad to hear of the passing of our Co-Worker Delores. She fought an amazing battle with continued smiles and laughter. We enjoyed the fellowship with her at the Moose Lodge and she will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family through this difficult time.

There is not much to add after reading the note left by Rita Stevens because she said what all of us feel. Delores was a fine woman with great courage and faith in our Lord. I pray she is in his house, that he has prepared for us and we will all be together again. In Christian Love Judy Buchanan

I remember working with Mr. & Mrs. Secord at Nelson Elementary School's PTA functions. They were both a joy to know and were always very involved grandparents at the school. I am so sorry to learn of Mrs. Secord's passing and will keep the entire family in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. God bless you.

To Bob and the family of Delores Secord,my heart aches for you all in the death of your wife and mother & grandmother. She was a lovely lady and a very courageous one, in spite of all she was going through she kept her spirits high and always had a smile for you when you'd see her. I sent cards to her and was very touched to recieve thank you cards from her for thinking of her. When I heard the sad news of her passing I cried and yet felt some relief for her that she was finally without pain and so I prayed that she was safe in the arms of Jesus and enjoying her new home. I pray for comfort and strength for you all in the days ahead as only God can give.
Sincerely Rita Stevens
