Donald ALCORNS Obituary

WILLIAMSBURG - Donald Alcorns, 79, of Williamsburg, passed away on Sept. 3, 2010.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Julia Alcorns.
He was born in Ohio and relocated to Williamsburg during his tour with the U.S. Marines at the Naval Weapons Station. He then worked at the Cheatham Annex before taking on the role of Administrative Coordinator for NASA.
Donald was a former member of the Williamsburg Country Club, and an avid golfer. He was also a licensed pilot, and especially enjoyed flying his own plane.
Services will be private at a later date.

Donald will be missed at the Williamsburg Jamestown Airport and by his many friends everywhere. He was a great guy.
