Donald Talbott Obituary

DELTAVILLE - Donald L. Talbott Sr., age 66, of Deltaville, a retired Northrop Grumman employee, died Monday, Nov. 2, 2009.
He was a member and deacon of Zoar Baptist Church, where he served on many committees.
He is survived by his wife, Rose Wilson Talbott; his children, Donald L. Talbott Jr. and his wife, Christy of Gloucester, Kathy T. Ward and her husband, Tim of Deltaville; three stepchildren, Larry K. Wilson and his wife, Millicent of Williamsburg, Deborah Robins of Mathews, and Richard C. Wilson of West Point; eight grandchildren, and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, at Zoar Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until service time, at the church. Entombment will be in Windsor Gardens at Dutton.
Memorial gifts may be made to Zoar Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 1010, Deltaville 23043.
