Dorothy THOMAS Obituary

SALUDA - Dorothy B. Thomas, age 69, of Saluda, died Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010.
She was the owner of the former Saluda Upholstery and Drapery Shop. She was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church, where she was organist until it closed then her membership was moved to Forest Chapel United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Thomas is survived by her husband, Oscar S. Thomas; sons, David O. Thomas and wife, Susan H. of Saluda, Dwayne S. Thomas and wife, Bonnie J. of Hardyville; a brother, William M. Bristow of Stormont; a granddaughter, Jacquelyn; and a great-granddaughter, MaKenzie.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Audrey Sears.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, at Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Saluda. Interment will be in Middlesex Memorial Cemetery, Urbanna. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday (tonight) at the funeral home.
