Wendy,
I just learned from Bill and Judy about the death of Doug. What a shock. How horrible for you and your children. I was in Germany from December 17 until a few days ago and apologize for my late condolences. I pray for you all.

Wendy,
What a shock to hear of Doug's passing. My heart goes out to you, Aubrey, Evan, Colin, Steve and your whole circle of family and friends who are grieving at this time. I have nothing but warm, happy memories of Doug and the wonderful times we all shared in WGHS choir- he was always quick to smile or tell a joke, a trusted friend, a kind spirit and a ceaselessly positive influence on any gathering - it's no surprise he carried these qualities into his family, work and community life after high school, with you at his side. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

Wendy, Doug taught our sons (Phillip and Douglas) in BSF and they absolutely loved him. We are grateful for the wonderful influence he had on their lives. May God bless you and give you His peace.

Doug was such a sweetheart. As a shy Webster classmate, I've always remembered Doug as someone that always shared an easy smile and laugh with me in class and in Choir. I have a vivid memory of us cracking up as we were stepping on to the risers in the auditorium for a rehearsal of the Christmas Concert. Can't remember the joke but I know it was Doug's.
I'm very sorry for your family's loss - I have no doubt that he was a great husband and father. Your family is in my thoughts.

Wendy, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family! Like Jack Bailey, I have many wonderful memories of mean kickball games in grade school. I've known Doug since 2nd or 3rd grade. We had a lot of fun in grade school.

To the entire Moog family, words cannot adequately espress how sorry I am for your loss. Like many in St. Louis, I have great memories of Doug from our times as children and will cherish those more than ever.

Wendy,
Although I did not know your husband, I am certain he was a great man judging by the wonderful children the both of you have raised. Your family will be in my prayers.

Wendy, Aubrey, Evan, and Colin please accept my most heartfelt condolences over the loss of your husband and father. He was a great man with a heart for God, and one of the most impressive, truly dedicated servants I have ever met. He was wise, smart, fair, compassionate, tireless, unselfish, enthusiastic, and real. I will miss his encouragement and counsel, but have no doubt that he is home now. His passing is a reminder to all of us that the only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love (Galatians 5:6b). May you be comforted now by the better community that Doug worked so hard to nurture.
