Dear Family & Friends: It is with great love and caring that we extend our deepest sympathy and the greatest love to Charlayne's children, our parents & Grandparents (Ella & Charles), and all of our family spread throughout Virginia, the Carolinas, and New York. Charlayne has always been an inspiration to me and an eternal-like sister and friend. She is the devoted Aunt to my children, David, Daniel and Kat. We have shared so much of our young years together. I will treasure always her being my Maid of Honor. She will be in our hearts for always.
Living in California, and serving in the USAF, has made it more difficult to stay in close contact, but there has never been a time that she has not been in our hearts and prayers. Tom's children have grown-up knowing that their Aunt was such a caring, devoted and wonderful person, who has enriched our lives...with beautiful memories and the gift of joy and love. Her love of children, and the talent that God has given her hold dear in our memories. She is so loved, and her memory shall be with us always...not only in pictures, but engraved in our minds. She could not have imagined the impression and love she has given us. She has touched our lives so profoundly. We have been so blessed!
Dear Charlayne: You are finally at peace, and in the presence of God. We love you. I love you. Love forever, Pam Armstrong Plumb.
Charlayne's nephews: David Thompson Armstrong and wife, Stephanie. Daniel Robert Armstrong and wife, Tory Barnett-Armstrong...Charlayne's niece, Katheryn (Kathleen) Armstrong Stadley. Also David's daughter: Deborah Folkes-Armstrong and Daniel's children: J. D. Armstrong, Aaron Armstrong, Kaitlyn Armstrong. Katheryn's son: Kohl A. Stadley.
..."Truly Goodness and Mercy shall follow all the days of my Life, and I will dwell in the House of the Lord, Forever...(Psalm 23)
E Charlayne (Armstrong) Turner)...We love you forever!! Thank you for being you, Charlayne. Rest in Peace, dear wonderful loving child of God.
