Elvis, it is hard to believe it has been 14 years now since you left us. I remember well our last telephone conversation. Time is now growing short until we meet again. I miss you, my friend...

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Be a peace my friend. Elvis gave so much fun and laughter to us at the branch. While getting to know Elvis I was able to meet his wife and family whom I have grown to love over the many years. I pray for each of you to find peace and understanding with his passing. He has gone to arms of Jesus Christ before our Lord. My Jesus wrap His loving arms around each of you!!!!!

Love,

Denise Fitzgerald

Elvis was one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I knew him from the days when he was known by the CB
name "White Cloud". It used to be so much fun and a joy to be around him. To his wife Robbie and all his family my sincere condolences!

Robbie and Family--I am sorry to read of the passing of Elvis. We had many, many fond memories together, especially on the bikes through the years. Elvis was loved by everyone that ever knew him. I never saw him when he couldn't muster up a smile on his face. Elvis loved life, and more importantly, he loved the people around him.
I will miss Elvis and regret that Joan and I will be out of town during visitation and the funeral. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. Elvis touched a lot of people's lives during his lifetime, including mine, and he will surely be missed by all that knew him.
