Enethia HILL Obituary

HAMPTON - Enethia Holmes Hill, born on Dec. 25, 1936, in Myrtle Beach, S.C., to James and Agnes Holmes, went to our Lord with dignity and grace Dec. 15, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Adolphus J. Hill Jr.
Surviving to love and cherish her memory are her children, Patricia A. Simms, Chrystal L. Dixon and husband, Curtis, Anthony Hill of Eldorado Hills, Calif., and Terri Hill; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; stepmother, Mildred Holmes; sisters, Maggie Bethea of Baltimore, Md., Viola Stevens and Thelma Corbitt of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; brothers, Ed James and Alton Holmes and wife, Brenda, also of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Barbara Davis and husband, Bernard, of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday afternoon, Dec. 20, at Parklawn - Wood Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday morning, Dec. 21, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Parklawn Memorial Park.

The loss of Mrs. Hall is difficult to bear. My heart goes out to you at this time. As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to whatever semblance of a routine life, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
