I had the pleasue of working with Esum at Newport News Waterworks for about 5 years. What a guy he was : ) Just a lot of fun to be around. All of the guys in the shop loved and respected him because of his outgoing personality and his willingness to speak up if he thought something wasn't right. Even when he took some heat for it he stood his ground. When we were riding all over the peninsula he told stories about the time he spent in Ohio, the military, gardening, among other things. He loved his family and spoke fondly of his wife, children and grand children. He was a real friend : ) God bless.

Dear Claudette, Cathy, Joella and Glenn,
We were so sad to learn of Glenn's passing. Mom and Dad told me on Wednesday. I only remember seeing him a couple of times. I really enjoyed seeing the great pictures. Thanks so much for sharing them. We are praying that God will comfort you until you see Glenn again in heaven. Take care.

Claudette, Cathy, Joella and Glenn, I am so sorry to hear about your husband and daddys' passing. I have lots of childhood memories in the 60s' of the many playdays at your home. You are in my thoughts and prayers at this time. Cindy (Martin) White, Jean Martin Taylors' daughter. I now reside in Marion, Arkansas. I left Hampton in 1976. I am so glad I had a sweet visit with Glen about 3 years ago.
