My dearest Sister Flora,

I've missed Jun 13, 2010 in knowing that you have left me here on earth to remember the good times we shared and moments we cried. My Sister, you came into my life for a short time and we helped each other to reach the top of the mountain. My Sister, I still believe we can beat this terrible Cancer its ugly head has not, will not beat us on June 13, 2010 nor anyother day. You have been called home to rest and help prepare a table for those that will walk on those shinny roads of glory; to meet our Father Jesus Christ! We won't have to wear scarves on our heads..our hair will reach the floor..our aches will be no more..and our hearts will beat of Joy. Not a day went by without calling your name and thinking of you getting through it all..and you did..I am so proud of you, your faith and strength...You fought a long and hard battle, but You defeated..that Monster and kept God in your sight. I love you my Sister on Earth and in Heaven...I will always treasure our friendship..God Bless You Forever. Friends forever!

May God Bless you. I am so sorry to here of Flora's passing, we woeked @ Sentara Hospital together. Flora was a good nurse and she had such a wonderfully independent spirit. I will never forget her smile. One other thing I am very sure of is that Flora loved her family.
