Florence RANDALL Obituary
She was baptized and joined Zion Baptist Church, King and Queen. Later, she became a member of Angel View Baptist Church, New Kent. Also, she was a retiree of Colonial Williamsburg.
Mrs. Randall leaves to cherish her memory, her loving children, Florence L. Purnell (Gerald) Shacklefords, Brenda Clavel (Jose) of Richmond, Earl Randall Sr. (Jackie) of Lanexa, Cw4 (retired) Carroll D. Randall Sr. (Lucia) of Germany, Eddie L. Randall (Irene) of Williamsburg, George Randall (Helen) of Toano and Marie Phillips of Plainview and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 23, 2010, at the Angel View Baptist Church. The Rev. Willie Barnes, pastor, presiding and the Rev. Theresa Foxwell, eulogist. Interment in the church cemetery. The viewing will be 1 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at J.K. Redmond Funeral Home and noon to 2 p.m. Thursday at the church. Ms Randall was one of my favorites! I was deeply saddened to hear of her death. I will forever remember our talks that we had! I will miss her at the nursing home!

Carrroll Jr, Shannon , Tiffany, and Brittany, for such a time as this... know that Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can not heal, we must lean and depend on God's perfect will. Trust and believe, that there is a prepared place, for a prepared people and that some day you will see your Grandmother again. But until God's say's so hold on to your childhood memories, cherishing each and everyone.

My prayers are with the family at this time. Mrs. Randall was a wonderful person. I called her my girlfiend when I visited her at the nursing home. Mrs. Randall just smiled. She was one of my faithful worshippers when I had church services there.
