We were saddened to learn of Fred's passing. Regretfully, we had not been in contact with Fred for a number of years. Regardless, he was highly thought of by our family and was Kasey's Godfather.

I had the good fortune to have been a close friend of his in the past and greatly valued that experience. Undoubtedly, he was one of the most kind, honest and sincere people I ever knew.

He was a man's man and a banker's banker, having earned the respect of those that trained under his guidance. He was definitely "his own person", but had a very generous and giving manner.

We are so sad to lose a wonderful friend and a part of our family from LaGuard Drive. Fred was a true friend and one of the boys. Although he will be missed, we are thankful to have so many years of great memories.
