I was shocked to learn about Gary. He was so full of life, always looking forward to that next flight or afternoon sail. I am blessed to have known him, and will remember well the good times we had, and him always calling me "youngster". Fran, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Fran, as with others here, we were stunned to hear about Gary. You were wonderful neighbors and we missed you deeply when you moved. We will always cherish the dinner we had with you on your return to Hampton. Wendy and I have never met a couple like you that seemed so much to live life exactly as you wanted it, and were so happy doing it together. Will miss Gary's constant smile.
May God truly comfort you and Gary's family. Don't hesitate to call if you need anything.

I first met Gary just 5 years ago when he became a member of our Masonic Lodge. He was a regular attendee at our Saturday morning coffee-sessions. We missed him during his short relocation to Carolina, but were so glad to see him on his return. Just last week ago he worked with us all day to help at our annual fund raising event. What a great person Gary was. I shall always remember his wonderful smile and pleasant demeanor. From a Masonic Brother...
