Granddad, I will miss you so much! My heart is full of so many great memories of times spent with you. I will always remember your comforting laugh and the way you called me "sweetheart". I cannot wait to be with you again in heaven !

Mrs. Marshall,
I offer my sincerest condolences on the passing of your husband. I have very fond memories of you and Mr. Marshall from my childhood. I know that you two and my granmother, Lenora Green, shared a special friendship that myself and my siblings certainly reaped the benefits of. My little brother still has the wooden dinosaur set that George made for him and my grandmother painted. My brother thought it was the greatest birthday present ever! Mr. Marshall was a kind and caring man and I am so sorry for your loss. I am sure my grandmother met him with a cookie and will show him the ropes. May god bless you and your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Love you & will miss you dearly, Granddaddy!!! I will miss all the memories from rubbing your head on the "fun spots" to laying back on the couch and showing off our silly socks!!!
