I was so saddened to hear of Mr. G's (as know in the JLab community) passing and my thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time of sorrow.
I will always remember his upbeat personality, his smile and chuckle. It was a pleasure to have known and worked with him. May your memories be a source of comfort.

Mr. Gallop was a much loved member of the Fort Eustis Regimental Memorial Chapel Protestant Congregation and Sunday School. He always had a smile on his face and warmly greeted everyone. He will be greatly missed.

I was so sorry to hear about Jay. I worked with him at the Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum in Williamsburg and deeply admired his unfailing kindness, good will, and gentle nature. Please accept my heartfelt condolences on your loss.

Our deepest condolences to you and your family. Gethsemane was so kind to my dad, John Gillam, at the Ft. Eustis Chapel & so very kind to my mom & myself when my dad passed away earlier this year. I do so appreciate his kindness & helpfulness to my mom. To Christopher Jr., I am so sorry about the death of your grandfather; he was so very proud of you and you have all of his qualities of kindness and a good heart. You are in our thoughts.....

My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Gethsemane. When I last saw him a couple of weeks ago, we not only shook hands but each gave a big hug, saying simultaneously: "God Bless you, my brother." I will always retain the good and positive memories of my association with him. He was, indeed, a good man and a man of God. Now, he has gone to be with his Lord and Savior. God Bless You, My Brother.
