Heidi Sailer-Brophy Obituary
She was a graduate of Walsingham Academy and attended the College of Charleston and the Florida Institute of Art. A gifted and accomplished artist, she was a lover of nature and animals, and enjoyed being surrounded by nature. Her family and friends will remember her most fondly for her kindness, wonderful sense of humor, and optimism.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Dr. Al Gross.
She is survived by her husband, Patrick Brophy; stepchildren, Tyler and Ryan; mother, Joy Sailer-Gross; father, Eric Sailer and wife, Joanne; three loving brothers, Christopher Sailer and wife, Caroline, Dr. Jay Sailer and wife, Jane, Brian Sailer and wife, Annabelle; a stepsister, Barbara Walton and husband, Mark; two nephews, five nieces; and a dear friend, Samantha Provencia.
The family will hold private services and asks that donations be made to the Heritage Humane Society, 430 Waller Mill Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185 or The Multiple Sclerosis Society of Hampton Roads.
