She is survived by her daughter, Sonja Orne; sons, Jason and Robbie Thompson; stepdaughter, Shannon Bell; sister, Helen Myrick; brother, Chuck Lewis; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

When I was young, I loved doing hair and Aunt Jeanette would let me comb and tease her hair when we came over to visit. She was such a nice person. I'm so sorry for your loss.

I will forever miss you Nana, you are going to stay in my heart til the day I die. I've had so many memories with you and granddaddy, I'm so lost with out you cause you've lived right next to me my whole life. You've helped my parents tramendously in raising me, cause I remember spending the night at your house like every night when I was younger. You're one of the best grandparents and one of the best people I know in the world. You're are so strong and faught til you took your last breathe. Aunt Jeanette,I will always cherish the memories we have together forever.Growing up,I remember the times that my mom,dad and family spent with you,uncle Robert and your family. If, we were not at your house, you all were at ours. Over the years as I lost loved ones in my immediate family, you and uncle Robert were always there for us. I will never forget those times when I had your shoulder to cry on when I lost my brother's Eric and George, my dad and my sister. Those were hard times for me, my heart was filled with pain and my eyes were filled with tears. I thank you for always being there for me.I love you aunt Jeanette, no one will ever be able to take your place in my heart. You will be greatly missed.
