John CARTER Obituary

NEWPORT NEWS - John H. Carter went home to be with his parents, Raymond and Irene Carter, on Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011.
He was preceded in death by three sisters; and one bother.
He leaves behind three beautiful children; five sisters; four brothers; and countless nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held from 1 to 6 p.m. today, Jan. 11, 2011, at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011, at Nickelson-Cummings Funeral Chapel. The Carter family is receiving services of comfort by the staff at Nickelson-Cummings Funeral Home, 4304 Victoria Blvd., Hampton.
