A memorial celebration of John's life will be held on 11 a.m. Saturday, April 24, 2010, at Morning Glory Baptist Church, Highway 610, Gloucester, Va.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the Red Cross Haiti Relief Fund.
