I just recently learned of Mr. Royster passing. He was a library customer at Fairfield Area Library, Henrico County for many years. He was always polite and patient as the staff located books he wanted to read. We will miss seeing him.Our deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

I was a typing student in Mr. Royster's typing class at Huntington High School. It was as a result of the skills he taught and confidence have inspired I was able to obtain my first job following graduation in Washington, DC for the U.S. Government. He was truly a mentor and a reason for many of my successes. My condolence to his family.
