To the entire Dill family,
My wife and I worked at NWS YKTN with Joe for many years. I was in the driver training office and my wife Lori worked in payroll. When my wife would met someone she had a profound ability to know the value of that person right away and she (1947-1996) affectionatly refered to Joe as "Mr. Wonderful". Joe gained the love and respect of many people he worked with and his passing leaves our ranks emptier but memories richer. May GOD rest his weary soul.
