Dear Julie & Carol,
I´m sorry to have missed the opportunity in reading your mother´s obituary. While living in Hampton Va., my parents were very close to your parents, and had very fond memories together. I enjoyed spending time with your mother after my parents retired, moving to upstate N.Y. I think of both your parents and your family often, along with many Joyful memories.
Love to all,
Linda J Lawson

We were so sorry to learn of your Mother's death. We are Willow Oaks neighbors and often saw her walking her beloved dogs. She was always ready to chat and knew what was going on in the neighborhood. When your Dad was living, we went with them to Retiree's Day at Ft.Monroe and enjoyed their company. Please accept our sincere sympathy.

Ladies, your mom was a wonderful woman and so very sweet. We've been missing her since she moved and I'm sad to know I won't ever get to chat with her again. Kirk and I would like to extend our sympathy and want you to know you were very lucky to have such a spirited and kind mother.

Julie, you look a lot like your mother in her picture. Vickie and I regret we did not have the opportunity to know her earlier in life, but I'll bet she was a peach. My primary memory of her will be as the sweet little lady who was so much at peace sitting in Church she could doze off for a few minutes and somehow people seated around her just knew the Lord was smiling down upon her in such moments of tranquility. We love you and Steve and the boys. May God continue to bless and guide you.
