WILLIAMSBURG - Beloved Daughter of Williamsburg, Julia Belle Woodbridge Oxrieder, slipped peacefully away on the morning of December 15, 2013. Born in Champaign IL on March 15, 1925, she was very active in many social organizations in the community. She was a member of the United Methodist church, published author, storyteller, friend, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dean Dudley Warner Woodbridge and Ruby Mendenhall Woodbridge; and her brothers Hensley C. Woodbridge, William "Billy"Woodbridge, and Robert D. Woodbridge. She is survived by her daughter, Winni O. Baker; grandchildren, Ian M. Hopkins and Nichole H. Plander; great-grandchildren , Cain Hopkins, Emberleigh Plander, Ronan Plander, and Astrid Hopkins.
