Please accept my sincere condolences in reference to your loss. I remember JC from when I used to go over to the house to see Charlotte. He was always so kind. I know that his presence will be sorely missed. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Wow, I got the news long distance style. My heartfelt condolences are extended to the Carson family, relatives and friends. Sabrina Hardy is right: "JC" had that gift of teaching. I also learned how to drive a manual transmission (on the column) using the famous white station wagon. "JC" and PeeWee took Joe Ledbetter and I hunting (we'd start off in the woods in Davistown but JC and I would head off into town to see the ladies (instead of sitting out in the cold waiting for deer). JC helped me get a job at Continental Manufacturing Company, and later Peninsula Heating and Air Conditioning. JC (aka Bro' Julius) introduced the posse to Tyler's Beach (before it got buck wild). JC introduced us to nice people like Sabrina Hardy. And yes, JC had many stories to tell. He didn't mind sharing. JC was big bro' (if you will). He lived large, he looked out for people, giving classes in auto mechanics. He and PeeWee both. The Carson family did. JC gave me the alert that Stephen Price was headed to Italy (where I was stationed), to look out for him (which we did, as best we could). Rest in peace, my brother. God bless the family.

Every memory that I have of JC makes me either laugh or smile. "The Master Storyteller" knew how to captivate an audience with his countless stories of his adventures...Whether they were Military stories, or him running through the wild chasing Lions, Tigers, and Bears. Never a dull moment with JC...

He is now finally resting
