Hi Krisann,
I don't know if you remember me. My name is Hollis Palmer, you may remember me as "Hollywood". I met you and Kenny down in Jacksonville back in 1990 when he was working at CDI with me. We also worked together at the CDI office in Newport News. I was there from 1998-2000. Me and Kenny both went to the shipyard at the same time back in 2000. I am very sad to hear of Kenny's passing. I know the grief is hard on you especially during the holidays. I wanted to let you know that since I lost my son Michael back in 2008, I joined a grief support group called GriefShare at Liberty Baptist Church. I became the facilitator in January 2009. I would like to invite you and/or anyone in y'alls family to join our group if you would like to. Please feel free to contact me at [email protected] My wife and I have been praying for your comfort during your season of grief. Hope to hear from you.

Although we only spoke on-line and on the phone, Donn Rae's discriptions made me feel like I knew Kenny better than many people I've met in person. I know he would want his family to remember the good times and accept the journey he is now on with the knowledge that he is scouting the way for his loved ones.

To Ken's Family,
Ken and I worked together at CDI in Jax. and also in Newport News when I was up there. We had great times on different projects and were friends. My heart is heavy after reading of Ken passing on, but God above will keep him safe now. My prayers will be for the family and may God bless his soul.

May the Family have strength during this sad period of time with the loss of a dear loved one. I have worked with Ken back when he was employed with CDI Marine, Jacksonville, FL. He was a very kind and caring person. My prayers go out to all.
