Lawrence DEARING Obituary

WAIANAE, HAWAII - Lawrence Leon Dearing died Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009 in Waianae, Hawaii.
A native of Hampton, Lawrence graduated from Hampton Public Schools and served in the military after graduating. He spent the last 20 years out of state, living in Texas and later relocating to Hawaii.
Lawrence is survived by a daughter, Sherita Dearing; a son, Leon Dearing, both of Lynchburg, Va., and daughter, Nikkaia Miller of Texas; five brothers, Samuel Richardson of Fayetteville, N.C., Thaddeus Richardson of Waianae, Hawaii, Fredrick Dearing of Hampton, Nathan Dearing of Williamsburg, Edward Dearing of California; two sisters, Gwen Smith of Hampton, and Gail Lattimore of Richmond; a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and relatives from the Christian and Richardson families.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, 2010, at Open Door Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship, 105 E. Cummings Ave., Hampton, Va. 23663. Interment will be held in Waianae, Hawaii.
