My condolenses for late entry but I assure you I will miss you Big Brother Lawrence; the displinary of our family, he did his job of keeping us in order when or if moma wasn't around telling us you,wouldn't do what ever you was doing at home so don't do it out in the street because you know moma gone to find out one way or another.Now gone home where you belong. End of that conversation with no troubles as well.I will miss seeing and meeting with my brother at the local 7-11 store for coffee,cigarrett and conversation as he and my brother and sister would meet and conversate because ; this was one of the ways we kept in contact with one another as time went on or meet at the local pubs for a beer and watch the games of the particular season ( Redskin and Lakers era) it was all good times of family gatherings. I will miss you Big Brother Lawrence as we go on with our daily retuals I will deffintly keep you in mind and hart as I do all my family who has gone on to eturnal life. R.I.P My brother. Oh and thanks for helping to keep us as american safe during your tour of servives to within the armed forces;when I was graduated it was one of the main reason I enter the Military as well.It was because of you. To the family you created I hope they know that I have much sympthy for them in their lost of Husband,Farther,Granfarther,uncle best friend. Lawrence was one of a kind guy; If you didn't believe in anything you could sure beleive in what he had to say. I will miss you my brother.
Your little brother baby boy Garry .
Keran,you have to be strong for the family now Love alway .
But you still have the rest of the family and a lot of good memories to share with them grandkids.

Music, when soft voices die

Music, when soft voices die,
Vibrates in the memory—
Odours, when sweet violets sicken,
Live within the sense they quicken.

Rose leaves, when the rose is dead,
Are heaped for the beloved's bed;
And so thy thoughts, when thou art gone,
Love itself shall slumber on.

You were an iron worker's iron worker, Larry, and a true friend. It was an honor to have worked beside you, and I will miss talking with you and hearing your stories.

If anyone worked hard enough in life to deserve a break, it was you...

Rest in Peace, Brother.

To an enduring classmate, one who certainly embodied so very much of life's essence. To wit: an intrinsic intelligence, a passion for writing, an inner toughness, where applicable, and his utter love of his family.

I've, over recent months, come to miss our talks "on the landing" of the convinence store at 27th and Jefferson Ave.

May the balm of prayer, and the vanguard thoughtfulness of friends serve you well, over these "soon days" of Lawrence's holistic, as eternal, transition, just above our heads.
