Leonard Pittman Obituary
He was the son of the late Rosa and Grim Pittman Sr. Leonard loved to work on cars and was true Lotto player. His favorite martial arts performer was Bruce Lee. Leonard was a people person and was formerly employed in furniture sales. He attended Huntington High School and was a former member of United House of Prayer For All People.
He is survived by one daughter, Shanelle Spencer; three grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Crawley, Rosetta McDaniel; three brothers, James Pittman, Grim Pittman, John Pittman; a brother-in-law, Leon Crawley; and a sister-in-law, Delois Pittman.
Viewing will be held on Friday, Nov. 20, 2009, from noon to 6 p.m. at M. E. Fisher Funeral Home, 2117 Madison Ave., Newport News, Va. A Homegoing service will be conducted on Nov. 21, 2009, at 1 p.m. at M.E. Fisher Chapel.

My uncle was an incredibly gifted gifted mechanic who possessed a loved for music and martial arts. He passed his knowledge of life lessons learned unto me in order to make me a better person. He is in a better place enjoying everlasting life. May God bless my family in Newport News and continue to watch over them in this time of sorrow.
