Lillian SHEPLER Obituary

NEWPORT NEWS - Lillian Harris Shepler, 86, died on Friday, Dec. 4, 2009.
She was retired and a Peninsula resident since 2005.
She is survived by her three sons, Stephen D. Shepler and his wife, Marilyn, of Tampa, Fla., Michael E. Shepler and his wife, Lisa, of Arlington, Texas, and Jonathon R. Shepler, also of Arlington, Texas.; her daughter, Patty Shepler Via and her husband, Ray, of Lanexa; and her seven grandchildren, Gregory, Matthew, Nathaniel, Andrew, Jeremy, Isaiah and Kimberly.
A celebration of her life was held on Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2009, at the family home.
Memorials may be made in Lillian's memory to the Peninsula SPCA, 523 J. Clyde Morris Blvd., Newport News, VA 23601.

I have known Mike & Patty since our days at Liberty Baptist Church back in the late 1970s & was so sorry to learn of their mother's passing. May God comfort you during these difficult days.
