Lisa JONES Obituary
She was the daughter of the late Hazel. R. Talbot and William E. Talbot of Gloucester. She grew up in Williamsburg and graduated from Bruton High School. She was employed at Ace Hardware.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Jones, and her children Brian, Paul and Melanie Jones; her brother, Jeff (Caroline) Talbot; and her sisters, Michelle Talbot and Beth Glinsky.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Make-A-Wish Organization at www.VA.wish.org.

I am so very sad to hear about Lisa's passing. She was my best friend in elementary school and I have so many great memories of sleepovers, trick or treating and sneaking gum from her mom's basket above the fridge! When I see my elementary school daughters and they are giggling with friends, I can't help but think of Lisa. I am sorry we did not stay in better touch as adults, but I did hear from her a few years ago after she visited her Mom's grave and she took the time to visit my Mom and Dad's too. What a great person! I will continue to think of her often. Remember that the best parts of Lisa are still present every day in her family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

A rift in the Universe has brought us sorrow,
for Lisa Jones there's no tomorrow.
A kinder person was hard to find.
She worked and laughed, but always pined
for family that was left at home.
