Lois MCGLOTLIN Obituary

NEWPORT NEWS - It is with great sorrow that the son of Lois McGlotlin announces her passing on Sunday, Nov. 7, 2010. She was a retiree of Northrop Grumman Newport News Shipyard.
She is survived by her son, Matthew J. McGlothlin; stepfather, W.J. McPaters; brother, William J. McPaters; sister, Susan Banks; two nephews and a niece.
Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, at Stevens Memorial Baptist Church, 224 Richneck Rd., Newport News, 757-877-4691. View and post condolences on our online guestbook at dailypress.com/guestbooks.

Lois was one of a kind who wanted the best for you Matt. She and I found comfort in talking with each other about life as well as work. I thank the Lord for knowing Lois and having her in part of my life.
