Carolyn and Diane, As you both know Mardene was like a second mom to me and Consie. We loved her so much. Mother loved her as a best friend and sister. Now they are together with Frank and EC and daddy celebrating. This is such a hard time for you both as I well know but just remember she is with our Lord whom she so loved and all her family and friends. We love you both and are praying for you.

Carolyn and Family,
You are in my thoughts and prayers. I am sure your mother was a wonderful person, because you Carolyn are so amazing yourself. Your family seems to be so strong and loving, I know that you will make it through these hard days ahead together. You have your friends here at Peasley to help you also, so call on us whenever you need to.

Mardine was a dedicated Christian woman. I had the privilege of being her Pastor for 4 years. She was always supportive and put the ministry of Christ first in her life. I'm sure God has a special place for her in heaven.

Mrs. Davis was an angel on earth! She was a good and loving friend to my mother Jean Carter. May God bless and comfort her family as they mourn for her.
