My beloved Mom, Lucy C. Joynes, there was none better who unselfishly gave her all to her family. I am so grateful and feel so blessed to have had you for my Mom for so many years. She was a constant worrier for most of her life and when she developed Alzheimer's, even though it was hard, it was a comfort to know that she finally had the peace of mind that she so deserved. You will never be gone from us, your love and memories will live on inside our hearts. Rest in peace knowing that you are greatly loved. Your daughter Janice Dianne Joynes Grace

You all have my condolences. I have such fond memories of being in Mrs. Joynes' presence growing up as a child in Cape Charles. I will always remember the good food and rides to the school events with Cathy.
