Marie HOLLAND Obituary
Survivors include her three children, Shem Julius Holland Jr., and James Ryland 'Buddy' Holland (Marsha), both of Suffolk, and Antionette H. Johnson (Richard) of Chesapeake; two grandchildren, Julie J. Holland Oakley of Poquoson, and Melissa M. Gibson (Thom) of Mathews; four great-grandchildren, Chelsea D. Oakley and Malin R. Oakley of Poquoson, Zachary A. Gibson and Cora G. Gibson of Mathews; her brother-in-law, Morris Holland of Suffolk.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 12, 2010, at Liberty Spring Christian Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Allen Lancaster officiating. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation from 7 to 8 p.m. tonight, at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr., Suffolk.
The family suggest that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Chesapeake Fire Department, Station 14, 304 Albemarle Dr., Chesapeake, VA 23322. View and post condolences on our online guestbook at dailypress.com/guestbooks.
