Mark BOYNTON Obituary

HAMPTON - Mark Anthony Boynton, born June 21, 1970, to Annie Mae Boynton and the late Benjamin Boynton, passed away April 12, 2010, at Riverside Hospital after a long illness.
He grew up in New Jersey where he graduated from Plainfield High School. After the passing of his father, he migrated to Virginia. He held a position as a Security Guard at Top Guard Security Services until his health failed. He was loved by all and will be missed.
He is survived by his wife, Angela Boynton of Hampton, Va.; his mother, Annie Mae Boynton of Newport News, Va.; his children, Anthony and Quiandra Boynton of New Jersey, two stepsons, Steven and Marquese Garris of Hampton, Va.; sisters, Annie C. Boynton of New Jersey, Lillie Evans (Twan) of Hampton, Va., Cynthia Harris and Karen Booth of New Jersey; Dana Harris of Pennsylvania; brothers, Carl Boynton of New Jersey, Walter Hunter of Newport News, Va., Clevon Boynton (Keisha) of Georgia, Travis Boynton (Lauren) of Hampton, Va.; two grandchildren, six nieces, six nephews, one great-niece, one great-nephew and a host of relatives and friends.
There will be a viewing of the body at Nickelson-Cummings Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Friday, April 16, 2010. Funeral Services will be held at Nickelson-Cummings Funeral Home on Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 4 p.m. View and post condolences on our online guestbook at dailypress.com/guestbooks.

Words cannot express the sorrow I feel for the loss of my brother-in-law. He was truly a big part of my family, as he was my dad's grilling buddy at every family function. Our hearts are heavy, but will will always love and cherish the wonderful memories that we have of him.
