Mary NORTON Obituary
Born Feb. 8, 1916, she was the second of ten children of the late Frank C. and Ida Belle Brown of Ware Neck. She was a graduate of Gloucester Training School's Class of 1936 and served as a licensed practical nurse for more than 30 years at DC General Hospital, in Washington, D.C.
The funeral service is scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010, at Historic Zion Poplars Baptist Church, 700 T. C. Walker Road, Gloucester, Va. Visitation and viewing will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, at the church.
