Otis DIGGS Obituary

HINESVILLE, GA. - Otis 'Buddy' W. Diggs, Jr., born Dec. 20, 1959, passed away, Friday, Nov. 12, 2010, in Hinesville, Ga.
Buddy was preceded in death by his parents, Otis W. Diggs Sr. and Elsie Diggs.
He is survived by two sisters, Marie Hudson, Elaine Carter (Reggie); two brothers, Walter Diggs Sr. (Kristie), Roger Shivers; one aunt, one uncle, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The family will receive friends at 9288 Thomas Park Lane, Smithfield, Va., in celebration of his life at 11 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 21, 2010. View and post condolences on our online guestbook at dailypress.com/guestbooks.
