To The Family of Peggy Sundby:
I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to all of you. I was out of town at the time of Peggy's passing, however; I would still like to offer my thoughts and prayers. "To know Peggy was to love Peggy!" She was a delightful person. I am truly grateful to have known Peggy for many years. She will be greatly missed.

We regret to hear of Peggy's death and hope this gets to you all. Mom was sadded by the lose of her friend of 75+ years. She said she had known Peggy since she was in 3rd grade. I remember her as a really fun person. Mom is hanging in and is doing better than she was when Peggy last saw her. I have taken her off some of her meds and that has helped a lot. If you guys are ever in this area please do look us up. Sarah Moser 931-249-5509 Margie McGregor Clarksville TN

We shall miss our close friend of some 39 years. Fortunately, we still have two of her beautiful paintings to remind us of her and her amazing abilities. Her always pleasant attitude and smiling ways brought us happy thoughts. Although her death is our loss, we'll bet that she is bringing joy and happiness to others in eternity.

I am so sorry to learn of Peggy's passing. We spent such fun times together during our husbands' absences in Vietnam. Although I seldom saw her lately except at the Vipmoaa or Museum Foundation events, it was always a joy to be with her. I will miss her.

Karen, Kathy and Cindy, my sister Martha informed over the weekend about your mother's passing. I am so very sorry for your loss. Peggy was such a special person. She always made me feel so welcome in your home when Cindy and I dated through the high school years. The times I spent with your family are cherished memories for me and Peggy was a major reason why. God bless each of you during your time of grief. My prayers are with you.

Karen, Kathy and Cindy,
So sorry about your mother. We always enjoyed her visits to the mountains of Blacksburg. She always had a story to tell. I will always remember her visiting with us last Christmas eve. It was the first Christmas without my own mother and Beth Anne said that Mrs. Sundby reminded her of her grandma and it made her feel better. I know you will miss her but remember the good times. Will keep you in our prayers.

The Sundby's were alway's a joy to visit with. Your dad had a since of humor dry but all his own, your mom was alway's so strong ready to take on life by the rein's. I believe there was nothing she could not do if she put her mind to it ! I will miss the times just sitting and talking with her about her girl's, grandkid's, traveling the world or about the thing's her husband did, such a full life they lived. Now i did tease her about her strange way of deer hunting ! But they did get that deer at the expence of the car. our sympathies to you the family, but fond memories forever of both of them. GOD bless you during this time. Dennis & Annette Miller Carrollton Va.

My heart goes out to all of you - this is such a great loss for all of us. I'm very happy and thankful for the great relationship we had, all the time I was able to spend with her and the great memories I have of her. I loved Auntie dearly. She was very special to me and will always hold a very special place in my heart. She had such a fun and unique personality, so much knowledge and interests. Life to her was an adventure and I loved just listening to her talk of them. I always left with my spirits lifted, my heart lightened and much happier after a visit with her. I will miss Auntie very much! She had a way of helping me get back on track if I needed it. Unfortunately my health will not allow me to attend her funeral, but please know I am there with you in spirit and am thinking of you hoping that the days ahead aren't too difficult. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you. Love Lots, Lynn

Aunt Peggy, I will miss your voice, your stories, your presence. I wish I could have spent more time with you. We had always planned to get our hands dirty in your flower garden, and look for shells on the beach. I'm sorry we never got to do these things. I find comfort knowing you are at peace.
All my love, Susan
