I remember Mr. Phillip working with my dad in 1988. They were stationed together at a helicopter squadron HSL-40 located in N.A.S. Mayport. His children were like siblings to me and my siblings and we all had so much fun. Mr. Phil you are truly missed and my dad is up there with you now. Rest easy and please continue to watch over us.
