My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Anthony, Brian, Stephanie, and the entire Keatts family, as well as all of those who love and cherish Phillip. Although his life was short, the world is a better place because he lived. From his service to his country to the children he left behind, his mark on this world has been made and will not soon be forgotten. May God comfort and keep you all. -Daphne Cunningham

When I first met Phillip I thought what a gorgeous man. Then I thought with amazement that his two sons Anthony and Brian all looked alike. They all three have that wonderful smile and that look of "I am up to something" with the sparkle in their eyes. I pray that God will heal and comfort his mother Charlene, his stepfather Bob, his precious boys Brian and Anthony, his loving friend always and the mother of his two boys Stephanie along with his entire family I have not yet met. Gods love, Debbie Rosser.

My prayers and love to Phillip's family. I look at his two boys Anthony and Brian and I know that his spirit will live on. It amazes me how two boys could look so much like their father. What a wonderful blessing. May God heal the broken hearts of his mother Charlene, his step father Bob, his children Brian and Anthony, their wonderful and gravcious mother Stephanie, his extended family members and all that loved Philip. With God's love and comfort to you all, Debbie Rosser
