April 26, 2011

In just over 12 days it will be a year since I lost half of my Soul, yet is feels like it was only yesterday. Trying to live without him is nothing short of missery. Some days I feel like I can hardly breath, my heart and emotions are still so tangled up with him. I miss him every day, I will love you forever and a day. I know I hear you - just breath the sky is blue the grass is green........

To Debbie and the McIntosh Family:
Life long friends are few and far between, when lost you feel like you loose a piece of yourself. I grew up with Randy and Debbie, watched them fall in love as kids and could see them as a couple forever. I regret not being in touch as much the last twenty years as I would have liked but I always knew if I needed him he would be there and I am sure he felt the same about me. I will always remember Randy as a loving son, brother, great friend and a guy lucky enough to marry the love of his life. My prayers are with you all.

Randy and Debbie,

For several years we got to know you both, and your friends at TGI Fridays. We shared many a good times together. Many notable times that will stay with us, in our hearts forever as "Remember whens..." with you Debbie and Randy.

Stout, strong, and steadfast he is. One knew it when Randy gave you a hug. Even me (Mike) hugging, he jerked me around like a rag doll. But with Becky he was a Teddy Bear with the hugs. What a guy... devout, and strong willed too, yet so caring for others. Indeed you'd have to get to know him to find out, but it was always there, always.

Randy taught everyone a "quiet" unspoken lesson in a way. He didn't say much (as we knew him) but expressed his caring and kindness in different ways, very subtle. But it was all there once we befriended you both, that he'd do anything he could to be there for others.

The lesson here, is that seemingly aloof, that he could be the best buddy you ever had.

When asked how he was doing, "I'm all right... getting by okay, but how are you doin' Baby Girl ?" (to Becky).

The real lesson that we should all know by now from Randy, is that he was "A People Person" cared more for others than one would think. And that friends like that stay in our hearts forever, never to be forgotten.

Thus, he will always be with us, as well into the hearts of many people who cared and Loved him. He was an exacting life of caring, that for which we should all learn a lesson... that no matter where he is, Randy lives on in the hearts of many. And we are quite sure, he was "Knocking on Heaven's Door"... and gained full access there. Because, that's just the way he IS.

He is no clown, but he is our "Bungles". Memories and Love are Forever !

Love to you Both,

Mike and Becky

My memories of Randy go way back to the days of standing at the bus stop at Circle Trailer Park. He was always a gentleman even back then. He always let the girls get on the bus first. I remember the summer with Randy and Debbie riding the mini bike. Me and Debbie were both riding and when we tipped over and the tailpipe was burning my leg all we could do was laugh. I will always have great memories of those years and right up to his passing. He is missed greatly and my heart is with Debbie each and every day. I wish I could take some of the pain away but you know my heart and prayers are with you always. Luv you your friend and buddie forever. Kim P.
