Richard EDWARDS Obituary

FORT WASHINGTON, MD. - Richard Edwards, 97, of Fort Washington, Md., formerly of Hampton, Va., died on Sunday, Dec. 20, 2009
He was the devoted husband of Ardelia; father of Brenda Clayburn; grandfather of Nicole Childress, Michelle Evans and Jolie Clayburn; and also surviving, his great-grandchild, Dalon; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Viewing from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 26, at Thornton Funeral Home, P.A., 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, MD 20640.
