I remember when Bobby was born. He was my first of four nephews and one niece. I'll always remember his warmth, wonderful sense of humor and caring nature. He left us much too soon and I shall miss him terribly. Shirley Linkous Callaway

It is with great sadness that I read of the passing of Bob. He and I first met in the mid 70's when he was employed at Southern Realty, and I had just started in business. Our paths crossed occasionally after I sold the business, but I had not seen him in several years. Bob was always a delight to be around, and always very upbeat. He will surely be missed and my most heartfelt sympathy is extended to his family and close friends.

To Bobs Family
It seems that alot of the Linkous family has passed in recent years. Bob was my distant cousin and I went to school with his brother Steve. I knew both of his parents very well and have a piece of furniture that his father made for my father many years ago. My sympathy to the family and I know he will be greatly missed.

Im sorry for your grief.

Bobby is with God now and once again in the company of loved ones. We will miss him greatly. He was a good, kind and gentle man. He always made me laugh. I can still hear him and his brothers cutting up and laughing. Although he is 15 years my senior, as a child growing up with him he never made me feel insignificant. And to his sister Vicki he was like a father.
To all the family, you are in my prayers and as always in my heart. May the peace of the Lord be always with you.
Love, Annette S.

To the Linkous family, I so sorry to hear about Bobby. He was such a sweet, caring guy. My memories of Bobby go so far back, all the way to my childhood. My special memories are of going over to have sleepovers at his and Ginny's house when we were all so young. We would have so much fun over there, and they were such wonderful hosts. We always looked forward to going over there. Bobby was just a pleasure to be around and always had a smile for you. Hold on to your precious memories of him and be happy for him that he is with his lord now, and has rejoined his loving daughter Robin, his mother and father and Steve. What a joyful reunion that must be. My love to all of you and I will keep you forever in my prayers

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Family at this time. Bob will truly be missed here in our Computer store, where he was not just a customer but a good friend to both of us. He had been coming to us with computer problems for about 8 years or so. We always liked to see him because we knew that he would talk to us about what was going on in his life. We had conversations that would last for hours about anything and everything, including the Lord. He never had a bad thing to say about anyone in all those years, He had a way of making everyone feel special. Thanks for the memories Bob.
