Frank and I worked close together as Police Officers back in the late 70s and early 80s. He was an usher in my wedding and I always thought the world of him. We hunted together and talked about many things over the years. He could always make me laugh. He always treated me as a brother and had a heart of gold. He loved animals and nature and nothing pleased him more than watching a big buck walk across a cut corn field.
It has been over five years since I have seen Frank, but for some reason he has been heavily on my mind over the past several months to the point that I was thinking about looking him up. Then I read this sad news. Frank made a big impression on my life and I will always remember him.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Phyllis and Brenda: I remember Frankie when I first got married and lived by Miss Ruby Phillips. He would come down on his bike, and talk with us.
I am so sorry to hear he passed away.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and his love one.
May God grant peace and comfort to you at this sad time in your life.
Both of you are very special people and I'am so glad and happy to know you.
With Love,

Brenda & Phyllis,
I was saddend to hear about Franklin. We had many good times together playing ball, hunting, swimming & playing in the snow as we grew up together on Hoefork Lane. I spent many days at your house. It was like a second home to me. Franklin was a good friend even though we lost contact with each other over the past year. Della & I had Franklin and his wife over for dinner a few times when we were first married. I know your Mother and Father are waiting for hime with open arms as he joins them in Heaven. May God bless you at this time.
A special friend always.
