Roselyn MUGUIRA Obituary
She was a longtime resident of Marin County, Calif. Roselyn was a native of New York, who served her country during World War II, as the first woman Coast Guard radio operator.
Roselyn was a beloved wife to Frank V. Muguira; mother to Chet Chaffee and Diana Archer; grandmother to Dory, Jenna, Oneeda, Vanessa, Tyler, and Katie; and great-grandmother to Melchi, Daliyah, and Montrell.

Dear Frank and family,
Please accept my sincere sympathies at the loss of your dear wife Roselyn. I am so happy that I had the pleasure of meeting her Thanksgiving day two years ago. She was such a lovely woman and will be missed by all who knew her.
